Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All policies, transactions, and agreements between Panda Food and its customers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or related to Panda Food’s services, products, or policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa. By engaging with Panda Food—whether through purchases, website use, or other interactions—customers irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of South African courts and waive any objections to such venue.

This clause applies to all transactions, including online orders, delivery agreements, and return policies, ensuring legal clarity and compliance with South African legislation.
