1. Overview
At Panda Food, we strive to provide fast and reliable grocery delivery. However, we understand that there may be times when a customer needs to cancel an order. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding cancellations.
2. Cancellation Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched:

You must notify us immediately via WhatsApp or phone at +27 00 123 4567.

If the order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund (see our Refund Policy).

If your order has already been picked or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
3. Cooling-Off Period (As per ECTA)
In terms of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 calendar days of receiving your goods (cooling-off period), provided that:

The goods are not perishable, have not been opened, and are in their original packaging.

You inform us of your cancellation request in writing (email or WhatsApp).

You return the goods to us at your own cost unless the items were delivered in error or are defective.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:

Orders containing perishable goods (e.g. food or opened snacks).

Orders for age-restricted products (e.g. tobacco), once delivered and accepted.

Orders that have already been delivered and accepted.

6. Refunds
If your cancellation is successful and meets the conditions of this policy, we will process your refund as per our Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–7 working days.
